Our History
Our story began in 2000 . . .
. . . so many, many thrilling hours went into planning. CaroJays strives for excellence as we provide experiences to encourage self-esteem, learning, leadership, teamwork, and creative personalities. Our childcare was established for children in grades Kindergarten through 7th keeping in mind their energy, curiosities, and ideas. Our programs also include a Leadership Development Program for the 8th through 11th grade student that can be utilized throughout life.
During this time of planning, the concept to create a quality childcare with financial assistance was just the beginning. There were rates, budgets, schedules, field trips, and the tribal camp theme to plan. Equally important, there were decisions to make concerning our financial aid program, business requirements, and the timing of procedures. At the same time, we began planning fundraisers to provide for our scholarship fund. Everything had to be in place before beginning the care of your children, but we're on our way now.
Children have been in our care since August 2004, and every day is fun and exciting!
With joy in our hearts, CaroJays became incorporated non-profit in November 2006! Welcome to CaroJays Youth Programs, Inc.!
